What is the application fee and/or reservation fee?

There is not currently an application fee, but we require a $1000 deposit at the time of application to hold the unit. If approved, the $1000 becomes your security deposit.

What do you require up front for payments?

First months rent and security deposit are due at lease signing.

What is your pet policy?

One cat or one dog is allowed per unit. Maximum size is 25lbs. The cat fee is $40/mo, dogs are $50/mo.

Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweiler’s, Chows, PresaCanarios, German Shepherds, Wolf Hybrids and any other breed recognized as aggressive or any pet that shows aggressive tendencies. Management may use it’s discretion to further restrict any pet it deems aggressive and/or has aggressive tendencies.

What are the qualifications to lease at Needhams Landing?

What appliances are included in the units at Needham’s Landing?

All units have refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves and electric self-cleaning ranges.

What is included in my rent?

Your rent is for use and occupancy only. Water is individually metered and will be billed to the residents from the landlord. Electricity, cable TV, telephone and DirecTV are available, but are billed directly to the resident from the provider.

Can I pay my rent online?

Yes! From the main menu on our website select “Residents Corner”, then choose “Pay Rent”

Rent payments can be made by ACH, Credit and Debit cards. ACH payments are free, however fees do apply to credit and debit card payments.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

From the main menu on our website select “Residents Corner”, then choose “Resident Login.” Service requests are scheduled from within the portal.

Can I sublet my apartment?

No. Subletting is not permitted.

Can I have a roommate?

Roommates are permitted, provided that they are named in the lease, and meet the appropriate qualifications. No one over 18yrs old is permitted to reside in the unit unless they are named in the lease.

What if I lock myself out of my apartment?

If during regular business hours, contact the management office. If after hours, you will need to contact Locks & Keys Locksmiths at (781) 933-9999. Mention that you are a resident at Needham’s Landing and are locked out. They will respond, and let you in after hours. They will require a photo ID showing your apartment number, as well as payment of the $250 lockout fee.
